# OpenUp

> OpenUp is a kindness-first social and wellbeing platform for adults (18+) built around honest sharing, supportive conversation and meaningful human connection rather than popularity metrics.

OpenUp lets members share publicly or anonymously, respond with Hugs and supportive comments, recognise genuinely helpful support through Kindness Score, and use connection and wellbeing experiences including Moments, SoulSync, Lumi, Hope Jar, Time Capsule, Soundscapes, mood tools and other reflection features. Anonymous content hides the author's public identity from other users but remains internally attributable for authorised safety and moderation purposes.

OpenUp is not a medical provider, therapist, counselling service or emergency service. Lumi is an AI companion for conversation and reflection, not a substitute for professional care or emergency support.
